Titusville Housing Revitalization Initiative, Community Education Program & The T.H.R.I.C.E. Program is designed to holistically impact the community on three fronts:

TDC has embarked on a 5 year/200 Homes Holistic Community Revitalization Initiative.  We plan to preserve, renovate and build new infill and new housing developments in the Tri-Communities of North Titusville, South Titusville and Woodland Park, by 2024.
